tricky. We were helping people understand what we meant. And what we meant was, no, we want to make a lot of money.

We want to make more money than other firms,

but we want to do it by finding these mission-driven founders

who want to take on the biggest Danny in the Valley your weekly podcast from behind the scenes and inside the minds of the top people in tech.

Oh my goodness.

What another wild week out here. Got the laughs at meta. The collapse of FTX. Just an amazing story. Sam Bankman-Fried going from

supposedly $15 billion net worth to a whole lot less than that. And then of course, we're another weekend to Twitter under Musk.

So just a ton happening here. It really does feel like we're entering, if not a full recession quite

yet. There's certainly a tech recession as companies pull back and kind of really fall from the

great, very great heights, they reach,

especially during those last couple years of the pandemic.

And it's easy to feel like the sky is falling and kind of everything's going to stop.

But if you've been there before, if you've seen this movie before, if you've starred in it,
