| 0:00.0 | Hey dessert listeners. Today's episode is part two of my deep dive on obsessive |
| 0:04.4 | compulsive personality disorder. This episode, along with all the deep dive |
| 0:08.4 | episodes, are only available to patrons. So if you're a patron, you're going to |
| 0:12.4 | hear this whole episode. And if you're not, then you're only going to hear a |
| 0:15.5 | little introduction. So I just wanted to say that up front. In the last episode, |

| 1:11.5 | sometimes to understand how it really manifests. And it's also hard |
| 1:16.9 | to see it in some people because perfectionism, pathological perfectionism |
| 1:22.4 | can manifest in some very different way. So let's go into the first type |
| 1:28.0 | that I want to describe, which I'm calling the all-perfect versus self-punishment |
| 1:33.2 | perfectionist. So it's a bit of a long clunky and label. And I keep reworking |
