I'm beginning to think that I do the Christian version of the Twilight Zone.

You know, maybe if I were to Twitter, you know, I could Twitter about just some of the crazy things that I see that I don't actually comment on.

All right, you're listening to fighting for the faith. My name is Chris Roseboro and I am your servant in Jesus Christ and this is the program that strives to take every thought and make it captive and obedient to Christ.

Sounds like a tall order nowadays.

Considering the fact that Christianity, we live in apparently a post-literate world and a post-biblically literate world and a post biblically literate church and so what do we do here we

take what people say leaders pastors teachers those who have book deals, those who don't have book deals, and we tune in to what they're saying,

thanks to the wonderful technology known as the internet. It makes the world a lot smaller and what do we do?

We compare what people say to the word of God and by the way I'm not exempt from this little

exercise. Your job as a listener here at fighting for the faith is to grow in your biblical discernment.

Grow in your understanding of the scriptures and grow. Grow, grow, grow, grow, and how to defend the Christian faith, sound Christian doctrine, so that you can spot

wolves for yourself, protect yourself, protect your friends, protect your family, and ultimately this is an exercise that helps you defend and

proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I have an agenda and I haven't done a good

program if I don't at least talk about Christ in the cross about 50 times in a program, right?
