0:00.0	Hey there. I'm so glad you stopped by for this podcast. We hope so much we can serve you today.
0:12.5	Obedience to the spirits promptings. I want to know how to do that. So there are
0:17.9	number of things we're going to go through together. The first one is this. In challenges,
0:22.2	because I've already said to you, we would think, oh good, we're free from the law. So it's going to
0:26.9	be easy from here. Not really. Not really. Let me tell you, and I say this about a holy and
0:36.5	wonderful and gloriously righteous God who can do no wrong. But I've told you a lot of times,
0:41.8	this thing is rigged. And this is a place where we'll see it. Number one is this. It is driven by
0:50.4	relationship, not regulations. It is driven by relationship, not regulations. Now why am I making
0:58.7	that point? Because see, wouldn't it be easier a lot of times? Isn't this our human nature?
1:03.1	You know, Lord, just tell me. I want to let tell me everything I need to know about what job
1:08.7	ought to have, who ought to give it every single bit of it to me, drive it out A to Z, put it in
1:14.6	a manual. And then I'm just going to look it up. Who cares about having an intimate relationship
1:20.6	with you? Just get it down on paper. And I'm going to look it up. And I'm just going to live by
1:24.8	the manual. He said, no, you're going to live by relationship. So if we don't have a current
1:30.5	ongoing and active relationship with him, we're not going to know how to obey the promptings of
1:36.2	the spirit because it will always be relationally led and not regulationally led. Does that make
1:41.2	sense to anybody? And so we think, well, that it would be so much easier this way. No, not
1:46.7	necessarily because at least we're just right now. We just do it. We just do it. And who cares?
1:52.8	He's sitting upon the throne and we want us to have a relationship with him. Minds me of the
1:57.0	children of Israel because they did, they fell into exactly this trap. God scared them to death.
2:02.4	And so they told Moses, you go, you go talk to him. You, you, we don't want to talk to him. And I
2:08.9	mean, I nearly worked for word. And I believe that's in Exodus chapter 19. You go deal with him.
