The Supreme Court has ruled that Obamacare is constitutional.

Today it was asked to decide a legal challenge.

The justices heard arguments about four words established by the state. Federal insurance subsidies for seven million people

depend on their interpretation. It's a case deeply rooted in partisan politics. Four liberal court

members and two conservatives made clear what they think. Chief Justice John Roberts could be the decider, but he was hardly heard from.

Today's talking point, possible oil drilling in the Arctic where there's no proven technology available to clean up a spill.
