Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton says the Georgia indictment stands out as being a complete legal fiction that has no basis in fact or law. It alleges no criminal activity by President Trump or anyone else. It’s election interference. Who are they fooling? Three years and they wait til the primaries to start indicting. If Republicans were serious, they’d be back in D.C. figuring out ways to ensure the rule of law is upheld and our Republic is protected. Instead they’re in the middle of a 7 week recess. Fitton doesn’t see how anyone who swore an oath to uphold the Constitution in Congress could do anything other than pursue the impeachment of Joe Biden and others. Fitton thinks we’re in a revolutionary period and a lot of rising Communists have taken effective control of our institutions and the Democrat Party. This is a very dangerous period for our country.
