Well, John, I want to thank you so much for speaking to me tonight, and I'm sure there's going to be some people in Cincinnati who will be aware of you, but for the rest of us,

can you give us a bit of background on you and your career?

I worked for the Cincinnati Inquirer, the daily morning paper in Cincinnati for 40 years.

And the last 30 of the years, I was the TV columnist and actually radio TV columnist is how it really started out.

And since I got downsized by the paper at the end of 2014 for the last five years,

I cover TV and radio and media for Cincinnati Public Radio and Public Radio and Public Radio Station, WVXUU in Cincinnati and also write a blog for the website
