On this Wednesday, I am thinking about freedom and how many of us do not understand it.

Here's my beef.

The questions individually do not have a right to physically hurt other people that is clear

in criminal law.

So what about a vaccine that is not taken?

That situation could allow the unvaxed person to hurt another American by spreading illness.

The issue was decided in 1905.

The case Jackson versus Massachusetts.

It seemed then the government wanted everybody to take a vaccine for smallpox, some,

resisted.

The decision was essentially this.

Quote, the Constitution rests upon the fundamental principle of a social contract that all

Americans should be governed by certain laws for the protection of all the people.

So in 1905, you had to take the smallpox vaccine and the Supreme Court upheld it.

Is the situation not the same today with COVID?

I think it is.

Now this.
