But first.

On this one day recently I had a long conversation with a 23 year old college grad just out of

school.

He's looking for a job.

And he asked me for some life advice.

The employment thing was easy.

I told him about resumes and how to send them and how to present yourself.

That was easy.

But on the social front I said this.

Watch out for people of your generation, younger Americans who are self absorbed and see

the world only as it pertains to them.

Those people will hurt you if you get close to them.

So there is a rise in narcissism in this country especially among younger people.

I'm talking ages 16 to 30 in that zone.

It's about poor schooling and education.

A lot of self-experience.

You don't think kids pick up on that and on the education front you have a lot of entitlement.

Hey, I don't want to work hard for my grade.

You give it to me.

I want stuff that if you combine it is narcissism.
