On this Wednesday each night I do a TV program that is centered on billowriley.com but syndicated

all across the world.

You can see it on places like Hulu and Pluto.

I don't even know what it is but it's all over the place.

Now my program is called The No Spin News.

As part of that operation we have premium and concierge members.

They are called subscribers and that is again centered on billowriley.com.

Well the other day I received a letter from a concierge member that's the highest level

named Patricia.

She is 83 years old and she's a widow.

She needed help.

Right before the pandemic Patricia was set to take a Viking cruise she had paid in

full.

Well the ship couldn't go and instead of refunning the money Viking gave Patricia vouchers

and she was fine with that.

She wanted to take a trip when COVID subsided.

But unfortunately sadly tragically Patricia contracted blood cancer.

So she can't go on any vacations and she needs the money.

So she contacted me and I contacted Viking and I asked very respectfully for them to make

an exception and refund Patricia the money.
