| 0:42.7 | You have to go to work and get enough money to buy food and to have a place to sleep. |
| 0:49.8 | But in your leisure time you don't have to deal with anybody. |
| 0:53.5 | Face to face if you don't want to. |
| 0:55.9 | You can do it all by the machines. |
| 0:59.2 | And what this does is it sets up an insensitivity to the plight of other people. |
| 1:06.2 | So it used to be that every neighborhood in the country, everybody knew each other. |
| 1:10.6 | They helped each other. |
| 1:12.2 | There were friends, strong bonds. |
| 1:15.2 | Somebody dies. |
| 1:16.2 | Everybody comes in and helps the family. |
