| 0:54.8 | So to blanketly say, well, I don't trust the vote, I don't trust that we're getting |

| 1:01.8 | That's wrong. |
| 1:03.3 | There are places where the vote will not be honest. |
| 1:07.6 | Always has been that way. |
| 1:09.1 | Not justifying it is reality. |
