On the Thursday I noticed that a local reporter from Cincinnati asked President Biden earlier

this week, what he thought of a USA Today poll that says Mr. Biden's job approval rating

is just 38% after 10 months.

That is a catastrophe.

The president told the local reporter he's not worried.

He said Barack Obama had the same number 10 months after taking office.

But that's not true and it's not even close to being true.

Mr. Obama's Gallup poll number was 59% job approval 10 months in.

So did Joe Biden lie?

His critics say he did.

Well in order to lie, you have to know what you're saying is false.

That is called disinformation, dis, D.I.S. information.

If you say a false thing and you don't know the truth, that is called misinformation.

Now I can't read Joe Biden's mind.

But after watching him for the past 10 months, I believe he doesn't care very much about

what's true.

He just says whatever he wants to say.

Now this.
