On this Monday, there is an important legal case going on. The Supreme Court is looking at it,

but it is not being reported accurately to you. So it's my job to do that. This is the Garcia deportment from Maryland to El Salvador story. So you remember that ICE swept up a whole bunch of criminal aliens,

and Mr. Garcia was in the suite, put on a plane, sent to San Salvador, put in a prison there.

So on paper, there needed to be some explanation about why he was deported.

His wife is suing to get him back.

The Supreme Court has issued a ruling saying the Trump administration should facilitate

his return.

However, that is misleading because there is a federal court case underway.

The judge in Maryland has now ordered depositions to begin, I think, today, all right, or tomorrow, about whether

Garcia was illegally sent to El Salvador. The case centers around whether this man is associated

with MS-13. That's what the Justice Department ICE is trying to prove. If they prove it,

then he's absolutely deportable because President Trump signed the executive order saying MS-13

is a terror group. That's what's happening now. There's no defiance of the court, none of that,

and the press just absolutely lies about it.
