On this Tuesday, the far-left people currently running the federal government, and that includes

President Joe Biden, whether he knows it or not, are now taking dead aim at the Second

Amendment, pardon the Pant, the right to bear arms.

Now this is very interesting.

The founders put the Second Amendment in the Constitution for two reasons.

First, personal protection.

The government could not protect people, particularly when they began to move west.

And even today, the police can't protect you.

They are reactive.

Something happens to you.

They show up, but they can't protect you.

So that's number one reason why we have the right to bear arms.

Number two is very interesting.

The founding fathers, all civilians, feared a military coup.

They feared that a weak federal government would be overthrown by the army.

So they decided to allow well-regulated militias, those are people in every state, every

town, to have guns.

And those militias were made up of regular folks.

Now the left wants to ban the Second Amendment.

They won't say that, but they are trying to pass all kinds of restrictive laws.
