Okay tune, not exactly Eleanor Rigby.

But no sugar is now my new theme.

A few months ago I went to my doctor and she said, you have very high blood pressure O'Reilly

and your cholesterol is high and you better knock off whatever it is you're doing at the

food table.

Well, what I was doing was eating too much sugar.

So I knocked it out that day.

No sugar beverages and they're really the killer.

Sodas, fruit juice, iced teas, desserts, I love desserts, but I caught them back and I replaced

them with low sugar desserts from skinnydip.com.

I have no interest in that company.

I'll tell you their food products taste good and they're not high in sugar.

So I replaced the donuts and the bagels and all of that with skinny dip and it worked.

More months later, my blood sugar was weighed down.

My cholesterol was weighed down.

I have more energy.

Blah, blah, blah.

Now, I'm not Jack Lillane, remember him?

But I'm telling you that sugar is not your friend.
