On this Wednesday you may have heard COVID is rising in a number of places, mostly among

Americans who are not vaxed.

We know this because when you are diagnosed, the hospital or the physician is legally

required to report whether you have been vaccinated or not.

So there's no doubt that unvaxed Americans are the ones contracting COVID right now.

According to the physician surveys, about 30% of folks will not accept the free vaccinations

for a variety of reasons.

But if you are not vaxed, you could get and spread COVID as we are seeing.

There's no doubt about that.

The government, the federal government, cannot make any citizen take the vaccine.

But private companies, schools and local governments in some cases can say the vaccine is mandatory.

Now that could be challenge in court, but the precedent is that private companies can

say what the health procedures are.

Now I'm vaxed, so is my family, and I hope you will think this over.

Because the more Americans who get vaxed, the fewer will die or be harmed by COVID.

And as everybody knows, that's a good thing.

Protect yourself.
