On this Tuesday, President Trump has an extremely difficult decision to make. There is mounting evidence that Joe Biden took

tainted money from his son and brother when he was vice president. No such gain is listed on

Mr. Biden's tax returns. Now, that description is not a conviction. The former president is

presumed innocent and has denied any wrongdoing. But the American people are absolutely entitled

to know the truth, even if millions of them don't want to know that for ideological reasons.

Only President Trump can clarify this situation. The FBI and IRS would

have to conduct a joint investigation in order to secure hard evidence against the former president.

Mr. Trump well knows if that happens the corrupt media will hang a vengeance sign around his neck.

Nevertheless, under the banner of equal justice, Joe Biden's

finances should be scrutinized. His country simply cannot tolerate grifting in powerful political

precincts. Going forward, Congressman James Comey and Jim Jordan will continue to investigate Mr. Biden, and both are publicly

stated they believe the former president did take secretive payments.

But Congress cannot prosecute the case.

Only the Justice Department can do that.

And so it is up to President Trump to order the pro. He has not yet addressed the matter directly.
