So a couple of nights ago, a friend of mine who lives in Queens, New York wakes up and

goes out to his front yard and sees his car has no tires.

He looks at his security camera footage and sees a van pull up in the middle of the night.

Once you guys get out, they strip the car of the tires, put the tires in the van, drive

away.

He has a license plate number of the van on the video, surveillance.

The police come.

They get the license plate and the guys will most likely be arrested unless the van was stolen.

But even if they are arrested in New York City, they will not be held on bail because Governor

Andrew Cuomo, who has gone far, far left, signed a bill that says you cannot hold petty
