On this Monday, I am thinking about drinking booze.

A new survey says one third of American adults are binge drinking because of the COVID madness.

Now that's just an excuse, but if you can't go out, if you can't socialize, if you're bored,

if you're scared, all of these things can be alleviated a bit by getting blasted.

All right, so we all know that heavy drinking is an escape.

But a third of the population doing this.

Now full disclosure.

I don't drink, I never have.

And you know, people say, oh, you're Irish, oh, right.

Come on, I'm not going to buy into that cliche.

The reason I don't drink stems way back to my teenage years when most people start to drink.
