| 0:56.9 | It can reach 10% in some areas because they have local taxes tacked on to the state taxes. |

| 1:05.6 | All right, that's an addition to what you pay to Feds. |
| 1:08.7 | Now, there are only three states in the union that allow that to add local taxes to state |
| 1:14.7 | taxes. |
| 1:16.5 | So right off the bat, you're earning money in California, right off the job, you are |
| 1:22.8 | paying federal tax and an extraordinary, lehigh state tax, local tax. |
| 1:28.3 | Okay, you ready? |
| 1:29.9 | Sigarettes, $2.87 a pack. |
