and we start tonight with Breaking News.

The Special Counsel has reportedly interviewed

Donald Trump's son-in-law, Jared Kushner,

in recent weeks as part of the January 6th Pro,

and apparently they are looking into Trump's intent.

The New York Times reports that prosecutors

have questioned multiple witnesses

over the past few weeks, including Jared Kushner,

and have questioned them about whether Trump had

privately acknowledged in the days after the 2020 election

that he had actually lost.

The line of questioning suggests

that prosecutors are trying to establish

whether Trump was acting with corrupt intent.

Remember, Kushner also spoke to the January 6th committee

last year.
