I'm your host, retired NYPD Sergeant Bill Cannon, a 27-year veteran of the

NYPD. You know, folks, everyone's been talking about, of course, the NYPD overtime corruption scandal.

Well, overtime corruption, yeah, but who was really involved in this? Well, the man on the screen is

the highest ranking, uniform member of the service, chief of department, Jeffrey Madri,

who has since been suspended since this big corruption scandal has come down. And I just,

not to make any light of this, but certain people

have occupied that seat, chief of the parliament, and were some of the greatest chiefs in

the history of this job, Chief John Timony, recognizes one of the very, very best.

Chief Louis Anamon, just people just say probably want the best chief,

and then YPD history, and then a close second, maybe up there,

it's hard to pick one, two, and three here, Chief Joe Esposito, who just passed away last year.

And I think they would all cringe, and Timony and Chief Episbizito roll in their grave over this horrific corruption scandal.

And we can't talk about this corruption scandal without, of course, mentioning Mayor Adams, who's a retired NYPD captain, but so many people from his administration have resigned.

Some of them have been arrested.

His former chief of staff, Ingrid Lewis,

Ingrid Lewis Martin Adams, there we go,

was just arrested a couple of weeks ago for bribery.

Sheena Wright, his first deputy mayor, resigned resigned is this coincidental or is where there's smoke is their fire

so did people that where adams his crew his um his loyalists the people that he surrounded himself with, were these bad choices?

It seems so.
