From the smallest room in New York City comes a show that gives you a reason to live.

An 83-year-old who was previously convicted in two other killings,

now arrested in connection with the grizzly discovery of a woman's body.

Just a torso.

No head, no arms, no legs.

And that was found in a garbage bag in a shopping cart on a busy street

outside of Violent Brooklyn store

just last week, 83

and killing for the third time

is Harvey Marcellan

who has spent more than 50 years in prison

from the two prior convictions

and deaths of other women

charged with concealing a human corpse regarding the torso.

That law enforcement source has said belonged to a 68-year-old woman living in an LGBT

shelter in the Clinton Hill area at the time of her death.
