0:23.6	the Lord has directed this particular prophecy to the city of New York. So this is a New York City
0:31.1	prophecy that is partly a fulfillment and it's also a new prophecy. It's a new prophecy because the Lord gave me
0:40.9	this prophecy on July the 30th. I got this prophecy on the night of July the 30th. However,
0:47.3	the very next day, which is July the 31st, the day that has just ended, the prophecy fulfilled
0:54.0	itself and the Lord has more words for the United States and New York City.
1:01.9	So the prophecy was given to me a day before we had this historic rain, and therefore this prophecy is a fulfillment video for rain that we had across I think
1:14.3	the 14th and the 15th of July that I really was not aware of that New York States and
1:21.2	New Jersey were flooding so badly in the middle of the month the only awareness that I had of it was I woke up at some point in the middle of the month. The only awareness that I had of it was I woke up at some
1:30.3	point in the middle of the month and I saw so many people asking me if I was safe because I do live
1:35.9	in New York City. And I saw so many people asking, Celestio, hoping you and your family are safe
1:41.5	and I really had no idea what people were talking about. Sometimes the day, not sometimes, the day is always very busy for me and so I really didn't know what they were talking about.
1:51.0	And so I didn't know that we had a flood in the month that just passed.
1:56.0	About two weeks ago, I just saw concern expressed for my safety on the blog.
2:02.0	And because I didn't understand what it was about, I didn't respond to anyone.
2:06.2	But yesterday, today is currently April 1st, it's just the wee hours of the morning.
2:11.8	So it's currently April 1st.
2:14.2	But yesterday, we experienced rain that honestly had me perplexed.
2:20.4	The rain had me confused.
2:22.7	And the only thing that I could think was this was what God was talking to me about last night,
