seizing housing. He wants to seize properties from negligent landlords and then redistribute these,

mostly to like, you know, nonprofits and such, in an attempt to actually cut housing costs. Will it work?

It says New York City Mayor, Mayor Zoran Mamdami kicked off his plan to fix the city's

affordability crisis with his official housing policy agenda, titled Block by Block,

under which one of the first priorities is to allow the government to seize property from owners deemed negligent and redistributed to so-called responsible stewards, a category that includes anyone from land trusts, non-profits, or even tenants themselves, giving it to the people, right?
