but is the nightmare over yet for Daniel Penny in a case that in my opinion never ever should have been tried.

start? Do you want to start with Daniel Penny or this suspect in the shooting in New York City?

Well, you know, they're both big cases. I think I'd spent a lot of time on Penny the last week or so,

and I must say I'm very relieved that the jury came to the conclusion that it came because it didn't look on Friday.

I said publicly Friday, Rich, a couple of times I thought the way the jury was trending,

that what I regarded as Alvin Bragg's cynical strategy to indict this case as basically two homicide counts instead of one
