I welcome you all here for another week of quite frankly, starting on Monday, the 22nd of May, 22nd of May, I had a nice, nice sixth anniversary with Lauren yesterday and the baby is just, she, she's just so nice about wishing us happy anniversary and everything.

She hears that somebody's birthday, she wishes you happy birthday for a couple of days straight and it just made the day a lot better until of course I came down with a mysterious case of diarrhea, which is makes the second anniversary in a row where I was, where I was getting, I don't know what the hell's running through me because I barely ate.

I was just out working in the yard had had great day that all of a sudden all of a sudden got the world got a little foggy and then I started feeling cramps and that just sucked.

But after a couple of couple of hours, it was, I guess it was out of my system and I, I moved on with my evening.

So I hope that you all are, are not having anything like that go on with you because you don't deserve it.
