0:24.6	with these two New York cases Trump was back in court in New York for a hearing in
0:29.8	that big hush money case and this is the bad news trump got today even if the
0:34.5	court sketch artist caught him smiling or smirking or or just making whatever
0:39.4	face you call that according to the sketch no cameras of course allowed in New York
0:43.5	courtrooms this is the criminal charges that the DA Alvin Bragg brought in
0:47.7	New York dating all the way back to what the DA argues is a kind of
0:52.1	democracy crime, election crime, when you stack it all together
0:56.5	with the secret hush money payments and assorted related alleged lies about all of that
1:02.2	that were made to Stormy Daniels dating back to 16.
1:05.1	Here's what's new tonight, and we didn't know this until, well, late today.

1:12.1	Trump's delay tactics have failed.
1:14.2	The judge ordering an April 15th trial date, which is a rejection of the many ways that
1:20.0	Donald Trump's lawyers argued it should have been much later.
1:22.2	Everyone has seen those delay tactics, and as I've told you in some core rooms they have worked.
