And it doesn't seem as if Major League Baseball has a category to talk about the futility

of what the Yankees have done here these last two games.

They became the first American League team whose batters have struck out 17 times in consecutive nine in the games. Yeah, all right. So what I see is I see it's a Yankee record. It's an American League record. It's an American League record, which it also may be a nationally record. But who knows, maybe the National League is worse simply because they had pitchers batting at one point in time. Right.

But yeah, this is, and I'm feeling bad for Joe Girardi.

Because I don't know, like, Michael Kay is asking him about this.

And he, and look, he's a former manager of the Yankees, and now they got him in the ES booth.

And the last thing he wants to do is kill Aaron Boone, although Aaron Boone took his job.

I mean, this, it was a really weird dynamic that has happened with the Yankees over the last couple games with Joe Gerardi in the booth up there.

And I'm trying to listen to him, say, like, what would you do?
