New York Attorney General Leticia James, who has been tracking Donald Trump for a while now.

This is something that people have sort of kept an eye on, announced that the state of New York is bringing in a lawsuit against Trump and the Trump organization for what she calls staggering fraud, which includes overvaluing or lying about their wealth and assets in order to leverage that wealth and assets into beneficial loans and programs.
