Hope everybody had a good Labor Day week. 8th, 2020, I am the solemn monster.

Hope everybody had a good Labor Day weekend,

or as Tony Shavani said the other night,

Memorial Day weekend.

So they made the call last week to open this week show. I don't know why so many people online were

surprised that they were opening tonight show with a championship match. They were

going right to the main event right away because I believe they announced that

last week. I didn't think it was some big secret but I had some people tweeting me

and I saw some people mentioning that they were surprised that they were

opening with the title match but this has been known for about a week. But they opened with the championship

match. They opted to close with the steel cage match between Ria Ripley and Mercedes Martinez this grudge match that's been built up now for several weeks.

So a little bit odd that they would do that, but clearly, you know, having now watched the show,

we now know the reason that they did that.

The reason they did that was because they would be airing these segments throughout the

show with Adam Cole, right, going in the back and too sweeting Finn Bally and shaking his hand being all magnanimous

interviewing him later on doing a total baby face promo Adam Cole in each of these

segments that we saw him in post-match tonight was a total baby face.

And that is why they opted to put that match on first because they wanted to get

those segments in there. They did that for a reason those segments in there.

They did that for a reason.
