Getting Over is back with your supersized Wednesday Night Wars edition of the show as

NXT, the Great American Bash, goes head to head with AEW Fighter Fest, a special edition of Dynamite

this Wednesday night one of a two-week extravaganza for Wednesday night for wrestling in these

United States of America. And folks, it started out with a bang.

We are going to get to all of that momentarily.

But first, I got to tell you, folks, I am absolutely floored, flored with the contributions that you all made to this podcast.

I posted on Twitter as soon as I noticed that we eclipsed our short

goal that I mentioned on Tuesday, and it happened just after a couple hours when the show went on the

air. Despite that tweet, everything kept rolling in. So we stand far beyond the total of money that I requested to kind of help keep the show aflo,

it allows to pay some of our fees and get some equipment so much that I'm actually reconsidering

exactly what I'm going to spend it on, to the point that, you know, I was kind of going for some

low to mid-level equipment. Now I'm starting to think about

higher level equipment so that getting over sounds as pristine as the product actually is. Look,

when I told you, stop being marks for yourselves and go back to being a mark for me. I did not

expect it to be this level of marked them. So like I said, we completely covered our fees to this point. So everything that I have shelled out for this show to date has now been covered, which is absolutely incredible. And I probably have a couple of months headway as well. I've already ordered a new filter. So the audio starting as soon as Amazon decides to deliver it next week, maybe the

week after should sound clearer as soon as it arrives. But from an equipment standpoint,

now I'm thinking about higher quality units. And I'm going to do another week of research to

kind of figure out what I want to get, how it might sound in the the current room I'm in, I'm in a small office.
