Hi, I'm Roberta Glass, and you're listening to my true crime channel.

0:11.6

Today we're going to be talking about nexium and who got 100% chewed out in court.

0:18.3

Stay tuned.

0:35.6

Music chewed out in court. Stay tuned. So the big news to come from the 10 October 4th meeting, status hearing, was that the trial, the nexium trial, will be on March 18th, 2019, so it has been pushed back. And the judge got a letter from the prosecution

1:01.3

stating that everybody had agreed to this on 10-3, so October 3rd, the day before. But on the hearing on the 4th, the judge got really pissed off at,

1:18.4

can you guess who it is? Mr. 100% Mark Agnifilo, who is Keith Rennarie's lawyer.

1:34.7

And the reason for this is that Mark Agnifilo has been pushing to go to trial as soon as possible in pretty much every hearing.

1:36.7

The last hearing, he just stayed silent.

1:39.8

And the judge felt ignoring questions when he asked and the judge just went on a tirade and said in my

1:49.9

18 and a half years of experience no one had ever done this to me before you had ignored my

1:56.1

questions and when I asked you a question and it is ignored, he says, it is unacceptable.

2:02.1

And he accused him of acting like a third grader.

2:08.2

And from my perspective, why this is significant is, from my experience of being in the court,

2:36.2

you get the feeling with Mark Agnifilo and also with Claire Bronfman's lawyer, Susan Neckles, you get a feeling that they're doing a lot of posturing. When I saw Mark Agnefielo in court, he was always, you know, very kind of charming, and you just got the feeling that he, both of them,

2:45.9

both Susan Neckles and Mark Agnifilo were manipulating the court.

3:02.0

And I thought the idea was to push the prosecution to trial was to try to limit the time of discovery so that they couldn't get as much evidence against Vanguard, Keith Ranari, because they just didn't have

3:13.3

enough, the prosecution wouldn't have enough time. So when he finally okayed this and stopped

3:19.0

pushing, didn't let the judge know, it really, you know, pissed the judge off um i wonder if anybody knows how

3:27.9

garaffus garapha uis i don't know how to pronounce his name but um he always seemed

3:34.7

incredibly fair to me and we'll see how it plays out in court but the bigger news i'm I'm bearing the lead a little bit, is that Nancy

3:45.2

Salzman, while we were all looking at Allison Mack, Nancy Salzman, it leaked out in court,

3:53.8

is working with the prosecution and is going to flip.
