So I came to court for an emergency status hearing called by Judge Garifis.

And what most people thought that this hearing was going to be about was,

it was going, we thought it was going to be about Mark Garagos being Claire Bronfman's attorney.

But it turned out quite different.

So firstly, Mark Garagos, in case you haven't heard,

has been named as an unknown conspirator in Michael Avanotti's Nike case, where Avignati and possibly

Garagos have been accused of extorting money from Nike. So just Claire Brompton and Keith

Rennary and their lawyers, which they've now added to, there

was a new woman lawyer that I'd never seen before for Claire Bronfman there.

And it was quite packed once again with lawyers for Claire Brompen and Keith Renary.

So we learned very quickly that this would be the Curcio hearings for Keith Renary and Claire Brofman and the defense objected and wanted

to have the courtroom sealed. And we heard from many members of the press who were sitting in the audience.

They stood up one by one and made their argument to the judge about why the courtroom

shouldn't be sealed.

The judge Garifis, he denied the motion and Claire Bronfman with her lawyers went up to the front

of the courtroom.

She was sworn in. She started answering questions.

And one of the questions was, are you aware that Mark Garagos was named as an unknown conspirator?

And her lawyer started to answer the question for her,

and the judge got very annoyed.

And he said, and I'm paraphrasing, she's going to have to answer my questions.
