Faber as the morning off. Stocks continue to look past the increasing tariff threats from the White House on pharma, on copper, on bricks.

Got some pharma M&A on the tape today and a VIX flirting with a 15 handle for the first time since February.

Our roadmap begins with the March to 4 trillion.

Invidia trading higher pre-market set to top Apple's record market cap.

Speaking of Apple, shaking up at C-suite in a major changing of the

guard, and the president says at least seven trade-related announcements are coming later on this

morning. Let's begin, though, with NVIDIA's march toward a $4 trillion market cap. It finished

yesterday's session with a valuation above $3.9 trillion. If the stock closes above $160.47, it would

surpass Apple's record closing market cap. And speaking of Apple, the company did announce Jeff

Williams is stepping down as COO later this month. He'll be succeeded by Operations Chief Saba Khan.

Williams will continue to oversee the Apple Watch team until he retires later this year.

A lot of discussions, Jim, about how he was at one point a legit successor, potential successor.

I'll tell you this. I mean, I got to meet him in a very candid moment.

I spent some time, and delightful guy and Big Think guy.

And I think that the bench

of Big Think is remarkable there.

But I don't

want to say he will be missed because he's still there for now.

But he's, you know, I have the supply chain.

But he really had what a light touch.
