Space X has just filed for its long-anticipated IPO, disclosing fresh information about its

business as investors prepare

for what could be the largest IPO on record. The rocket maker is looking to raise 80 billion or more

eclipsing Saudi Aramco, which raised 26 billion when it went public in 2019. Meanwhile, OpenAI

is reportedly preparing to file for its own IPO in the coming days or weeks.

The NASDAQ-led gains today, closing 1.5% higher.

The Dow rose 1.3% and the S&P 500 added 1%.

Yields on government bonds in the U.S. tick lower, but remained elevated.

Bonds had sold off in recent days on fears

that inflation could force central banks to raise interest rates. Benchmark U.S. crude oil prices

declined after President Trump told reporters Iran talks were advancing and that three oil tankers

had crossed the Strait of Hormuz. Among individual companies, AMC Entertainment shares

soared 12% after the movie theater chain's chief executive disclosed he purchased an additional

250,000 shares. Shares of memory chipmaker micron technology advanced nearly 5% on news that its rival
