You want to make sure that at the very least you're eating food that is being naturally ripened by nature, not by like ethylene gas and put on a truck.

Because what they'll normally do is they'll pick all the oranges when they're still green they'll put

them in a truck they'll ripen them with ethylene gas amongst a bunch of other

gases and then they put like another coating on them to shelf stabilize them and so then that's what you're eating at the store.

And those can cause a lot of digestive issues. So just focus on like, okay, look up a seasonal like spring, summer, fall, winter, seasonal chart and start there.
