Wow. I am a physician, specializing in lifestyle medicine, using

that in her sense to not only prevent us, but to treat and reverse it as well. And all really

goes back to my grandma. I think the spark for many kids to want to be a doctor when they grow up is,

watching Grandparents get sick or even diaper for me is watching my grandma get better.

She was diagnosed with end-stage heart disease. I already had so many bypass surgeries,

now some more the doctors could do. She was sent home in a wheelchair to die crushing chest pain.

But then she heard about this guy, Nathan Prittikin, one of our early lifestyle medicine pioneers,

and what happened next is actually detailed in Prittikin's biography to talk about.

Francis Greger, my grandma. She was one of his early patients. She featured in his biography

as one of his early success stories. They wheeled her in it. And she walked out a few weeks later.
