Have you ever seen a sound wave like a signal, like an audio file?

And notice how the signals are going up and down constantly.

This is a reflection of our vibration on a daily basis.

The thoughts, the food, the movements, the way we express ourselves, shapes and fine tones are frequency.

And being able to afford to express your own frequency, having the confidence, having the desire to, is one of the biggest flexes that a lot of us didn't even know.

To be able to be yourself is a revolutionary act in a world where people copy each other, follow trends, are scared to express themselves, are scared to be themselves.
