Welcome to the Ralph Nader Radio Hour. My name is Steve Scrovan. David Feldman is on assignment. His assignment is to fix his computer. But we do have the man of the hour, Ralph Nader. Hello, Ralph, how are you?

Well, a little trouble. Just heard about the fires in Northern California, which will ask

a Rosin tomorrow about.

That's right.

We're going to talk about that and we're going to do a deep dive

as we always do into the issues that help make you

our listeners better informed citizens, and today is no exception as we

welcome back Rosanne tomorrow the tireless executive director of National Nurses

United an organization that not only focuses on the needs of nurses in the workplace,

but advocates for progressive reforms throughout the health care industry and beyond.

We hope to talk to her about health care reform,

the state of labor unions, the social movement spearheaded by

Bernie Sanders, and those fires that are going on in Northern California.

Then we are going to turn our attention once again to the animal kingdom.

In the past we've done shows about animal

agriculture, what we can learn from animals by the way they raise their families

and even talked about how vultures get a bad name and how they really are the important sanitation workers of the wild,

although they are non-union.
