mood in terms of you know transfer stuff yeah well it's

alexander eastac of course is the hottest topic in time right now and it comes to liverpool

we've had a super chat already by the way and thanks Thanks to Ross for getting involved. We've got loads and loads and loads of things to talk about. But Keith Downey has tweeted, I spoke to Keith yesterday. I had the pleasure and the privilege of doing that, obviously, of Sky Sports, North East Parish. There's been lots of murmurs about Alexander Isak for turning training and what that looks like and what guys he actually does return in. It turns out he kind of has and hasn't returned to training Abbey. Before we dive into the details and what's been said again, literally as we were coming live, but in terms of your confidence levels when it comes to reset now, because obviously we know Liverpool really like him, he clearly wants to come to Liverpool.

The Benjamin SESCO thing felt like a bit of a spanner in the works for us, but are you still relatively confident that we can make this happen?

24 hours ago, I think I was like, yeah, 90%. I think this is going to happen. I thought Newcastle might actually end up winning the CESCO debacle going on. And then all of a sudden you see those tweets last night saying CESCO to Man United. And I just I had a little bit of a sinking feeling where I thought, oh no, could this finally start unraveling for us? But there is this whole thing of, is there any way back for Isak now? When you see he's training on his own and he's got to wait till all the families and the players go from, I don't know, is it some sort of barbecue they've got going on today that he's not invited to? You know, and obviously Eddie Howe's come out and said you have to earn the right to train with us and he's obviously not happy with his behaviour. yeah, I do wonder whether that sort of means he's ours no matter what,

because who wants that sort of like disruption in their team. I mean, if it was one of our players, I'd be saying, I'll just get rid of him. But Newcastle aren't in the same situation as us when you're going into Champions League football. You want Alexander Isak to be playing for you. And, you know, even if he's playing angry and he doesn't want to be there, he's probably still going to score a lot of goals for them. So I'm probably on around the 60% mark now, possibly, but I am still quite confident that it's going to happen because I just don't think these sort of things happen where he's just been completely bombed out unless Sutton's moving. No, I agree. It feels really, really complicated up there in terms of reintegrating him into the squad. And the news that, like I say, we have had just before he went live, only sort of rings true when it comes to that as well. Keith Downey has tweeted that Alaskan will train stroke-received treatment away from the main group today.

References another journalist from the north-east area says Isak didn't train with the squad on their first day back this morning,

but then he exclusively reveals that the striker has been told to report on his own to the training ground

after the rest of the players and their families have left.
