We are right in the middle of this five week

series of the Book of Numbers from the Old Testament and we are learning so much and

today we welcomed our new friend Wendy

Alsup to the podcast. Wendy is a mom and a math teacher. She lives in

South Carolina with her boys and her dogs and her cats and she you all she is a force she has loved God's word for a very long time

You're gonna hear just a little bit of that testimony here in the episode

But she's written some books that I think are really important one One is called Is the Bible Good for Women?

Seeking Clarity and Confidence through a Jesus centered understanding of

scripture. She's also the author of companions and suffering.

Wendy was the perfect companion for reading through these chapters and numbers, and we're

excited for you to hear this episode.

Thank you for asking. Actually, right after we close the Book of Numbers, we will be opening the Psalms of

ascent. Love that section of Psalms.

I love that we get to do this as a community again.
