Last episode in chapters 9 and 10, the Israelites celebrated one whole year of freedom with the second Passover.

trumpets blasting, the Israelites finally set off for the new promised land, only to wander

do it anyway, even if it means you're about to wonder because there's a promise on the other

side. Exactly. Well,

I've come to the conclusion that the Israelites are creatures of comfort and therefore they are not

happy campers because in Chapter 11, the people complain. And I mean like right away. Chapter 11 is a

fall, a fast fall from faith to defiance. We have gone 10 chapters straight

in numbers with total obedience and a really good attitude. But here, the Israelites will

revert and become the people we knew in season two, the book of Exodus. It always seems that after a spiritual high,

like the Israelites had, successfully completing all of God's directives and setting off triumphantly

with all that celebration and marching, that there is a temptation, a test. The enemy knows

our weaknesses. These next 10 chapters contrast with the 10 chapters of
