It's good to be back.

I was out of town visiting family.

My first time on a flight in two years.

Let me tell you, what a stressful experience.

I don't even think I'd want to fly anymore for a while.

Didn't enjoy that.

It was good to be with family.

It was good to tune in and reconnect.

It's actually interesting how much our families can reflect back to us.

Things that are within us, things that we need to nurture, things that we need to pay

attention to.

I feel like I got a handful of lessons by just talking and observing my own family.

We recognize each person in our life is a reflection.

There's something to learn and there's something to teach in these dynamics.

I can't wait to share more of these little revelations I had.

I've got to work on them a bit before I put them to record.

Today I was truly thinking about our senses.

Your senses are the most important thing.

It's easy to look into this world and say, wow, we are evolving.
