I actually ate surprisingly healthily during the election. I think partly because, oh God,

this is a terrible sentence, by I'm locked into it now

So usually during an election my partner takes a lot of time off and goes to a marginal and

and I develop unhealthy living and sleeping habits because although I do the majority of the cooking, I realize I fundamentally only cook healthily for an audience.

And so I start eating like pasta and pesto direct from the pan.
