Live from NPR News in Washington, I'm Shay Stevens. Lawmakers in Indiana have rejected a plan to redraw the state's congressional districts. It's a rebuff of President Trump's request to create more GOP seats ahead of next year's midterm elections. More from NPR's Tamara Keith.
