Prosecutors in Utah say they could file formal charges as soon as Tuesday against the man suspected of killing conservative influencer Charlie Kirk.

And here's Joe Hernandez has more.

22-year-old Tyler Robinson is being held without bail in a Utah jail.

He's set to face formal charges this week, such as aggravated murder and obstruction of justice.

Aggravated murder carries the potential sentence of the death penalty in Utah.

Governor Spencer Cox told ABCs this week that Robinson has not confessed to authorities.

He is not cooperating, but all the people around him were cooperating, and I think that's very important.

Cox said investigators are being helped by Robinson's roommate, who he says was also a romantic partner.

Kirk was shot and killed Wednesday during an outdoor event at Utah Valley University.

Ukrainian President Zelensky says a Russian drone violated Romania's airspace over the weekend and flew nearly an hour into NATO airspace.
