increasing a federal presence in Chicago. In a post on social media, Trump says the city is, quote,

about to find out why it's called the Department of War. Impires Odette Youssef reports

Trump was referring to his proposal to rename the Department of Defense, which would require approval from Congress.

Trump's post comes as Chicago officials and community groups are on alert for a possible surge of immigration enforcement agents and national guardsmen.
