Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson in Anchorage, Alaska is where President Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin will be meeting today to discuss ending Moscow's war with Ukraine. It's the first face-to-face meeting between Trump and Putin since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
